I am turning my lens towards the good aspects of what East Liverpool gives us rather than the negative, hoping to better our lives and our community.
Moderation takes self-discipline, a necessary attribute needed to act as a guide through life. What you do not moderate, and balance will resonate as excess or deficiency elsewhere. So, live like you are living, not dying. Live life in balance and practice moderation. Above all. eat the breadstick!
I will always look back on our military life fondly: I made great friends, lived many different places, my kids had great experiences and learned to be flexible. Our military retirement has given us the opportunity to live a different kind of life now, and for that, I will always be grateful.
I hate… I hate Fort Bragg. But you can’t hate something without loving it. Fort Bragg was a lot of things for my family, a stress zone, the place I met my husband, the catalyst for my education, the start of my career. I moved from there twice with the intent on never EVER GOING BACK but lately, I am kind of missing it.
